Credit Policy

Cash flow to a small business is a the same as blood flowing around a body. Strangle it for a short period and the body dies. If you don't pay your bills to us in reasonable time we will not survive. The costs of a small business giving credit is many times more than the current rate of bank interest. That is why I come down on you like a ton of bricks if you let me down on any promises made and charge like a wounded bull if I have to go to the financial trouble of debt collection. We are not heartless but we expect our trust to be repaid.
Routine procedures such as spays, vaccinations and elective surgeries are expected to be paid at the time of service but a good history with us will assist us in the trust needed if you need to divide up the repayments.
A variation to the
strict 14 day credit policy policy may be
negotiated but only beforehand. We
allow credit to clients of good previous credit behaviour or if our
referees and our credit company confirm your reliability. We
will allow
payments to be divided to suit the budget but only if we don’t
have to
ring you or send out reminders. If we have to chase you with reminders
then the 14 day rule applies.
We accept all usual forms of payment and card payments are accepted by phone.
If not paying at the time of service The terms are 14 days unless by prior arrangement. Discounts will be forfeit (lost) if overdue. Overdue accounts incur a monthly fee of $9.90 (inc.GST) or 3.3% per month if over $300.00 Debt collection by agency incurs an additional commission of 33.3% plus all fees associated.
